New Zealand women's cricket team received bomb threat, ECB received email

A big case related to New Zealand's women's cricket team has come to light, where the women's team has received bomb threats. The New Zealand Cricket Board (NZC) has also confirmed this. The New Zealand Cricket Board on Tuesday confirmed that the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has received a threatening email related to NZC. Although it did not specifically refer to the New Zealand women's cricket team, it was taken seriously, scrutinized and not considered credible.

Let us tell you that the New Zealand women's team is currently on a tour of England, where limited overs cricket is being played between the women players of both the countries. Ahead of the third Women's One Day International, the England Cricket Board received a threatening email. However, this threat was later deemed not credible. "The White Ferns (New Zealand women's cricket team) have now reached Leicester and security has been beefed up around them as a precaution. Reports of their cancellation of training are false," New Zealand Cricket said in a statement.

"He was not supposed to train today (Monday), as it was a travel day. NZC would not comment further on the matter," the statement added. The third match of the five-match ODI series between England and New Zealand will be played on schedule, as the security threat is not considered credible by the NZC. The match will be played at Leicester's Grass Road ground at 1 pm local time on Tuesday.

According to Cricinfo, a member of the New Zealand team management was contacted and told that a bomb would be placed in the team hotel. In fact, the New Zealand women's team was also warned of an attempt to place a bomb on their plane upon their return to their country. After this all the players were taken to a safe place and the police and anti-terror agencies were called, in which the threat was found to be not credible.

Virat Kohli also accepted this bowler's iron, said - will prove to be a key factor for India in T20WC

Virat Kohli's team RCB may have lost to KKR in the first match of the UAE leg of IPL 2021, but after the end of this match, he was very impressed with this team's spinner Varun Chakraborty. Virat Kohli said after the match that very good, that is exactly what I was saying in the dug-out, when he plays for India, he will prove to be a key factor for the team.

Virat Kohli further said that we expect all the young players to perform in the same way so that the bench strength of the team remains strong. He also said about Varun that he is the kind of player who is going to play for India in the near future and it is a good sign. Let us tell you that Varun took three wickets for 13 runs in four overs against RCB and he took the wickets of middle order batsmen Glenn Maxwell, Sachin Baby and Vanendu Hasaranga. Due to this, the middle order of RCB completely faltered.

Varun Chakraborty took a total of 17 wickets in the 13th season of IPL in the year 2020 and made a lot of headlines. Last year the IPL was organized in the UAE and Varun bowled well there. Once again the second part of IPL 2021 is being organized there and Varun again has a great chance and has already shown his flair in the first match. Irfan Pathan has also said about Varun that, he will prove to be a big X-factor for Team India in T20 World Cup 2021. Irfan said that having this bowler in the team is going to benefit the Indian team a lot and his secret will remain.
