Rahul runs with school students on Day 5 of the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' in Telangana

Rahul Gandhi, who is leading the Congress 'Bharat Jodo Yatra', suddenly started running with some school students during a padayatra on Sunday. Due to Rahul's sudden run, his security personnel, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President Revanth Reddy, and others also started running. Congress party sources said that Rahul along with party leaders and workers started the padayatra from Jadcharla on Sunday morning and is expected to cover a distance of 22 km. This is the fifth day of Congress' 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' in Telangana.
Rahul will address a public meeting at Shadnagar's Solapur Junction in the evening before concluding Sunday's padayatra. He had covered over 20 km on foot before stopping at Jadcharla X Road Junction on Saturday night. The Yatra will cover a total distance of 375 km, passing through seven Lok Sabha and 19 assembly constituencies in Telangana, after which it will enter Maharashtra on November 7. On November 4, the yatra will take a day's break. Rahul, the MP from Wayanad, will meet personalities from sports, business and entertainment sectors as well as intellectuals and leaders from different communities during the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra'.
Members of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee said that Rahul would also visit places of worship, mosques, and temples across Telangana and offer prayers there. The 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. Before starting the Telangana leg of the yatra, Rahul had undertaken a padayatra in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Telangana Pradesh Congress has constituted 10 special committees to coordinate the yatra.
