Nawazuddin Siddiqui: Personal Life Experience Reflects In My 'Ghoomketu' Act

National Award-winning actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui collaborates once more with Anurag Kashyap within the new digital film "Ghoomketu", but this point the equation is quite just actor-filmmaker. "Ghoomketu" is directed by Pushpendra Nath Misra, and therefore the film also features Ragini Khanna, Raghubir Yadav, Ila Arun, and Swanand Kirkire among others.

The story of the film revolves round the journey of an aspiring writer from Uttar Pradesh to Mumbai, to form his mark in Bollywood.

Hailing from the village of Budhana, Uttar Pradesh, Nawaz's journey would appear almost like his character in "Ghoomketu".

Did he draw from real-life experience to act within the film? "When we come from alittle town or a village to an enormous city like Mumbai, a number of basic items changes which means tons of difference in lifestyle . Life during a big city is extremely fast -- the speed of cars, the thought process of individuals , lifestyle -- everything is quicker . People are always running, for whatever reason. People are always during a competitive mood. Whether it's me or the director-writer of the film, Pushpendra Nath Misra, we all faced an equivalent problems once we landed here in Mumbai. So, whether it's in his writing or my performance, our personal life experiences are reflected," said Nawazuddin.
